2. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and posting products.
- It is prohibited to post illegal, harmful, or counterfeit products.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
- You agree to respect other users and avoid harassment or abusive behavior.
3. Marketplace Rules
The marketplace is strictly for buying and selling within the UST-L campus. All transactions must be done using the Cash on Delivery (COD) method. Delivery services are not provided within this platform.
- Buyers and sellers must meet within campus grounds.
- Only approved student sellers may post products.
- Admins have the right to remove any product that violates these rules.
- Prohibited Soft Drink Sales: Basic Education students (Elementary level) are not allowed to purchase soft drinks through the marketplace. Sellers are strictly prohibited from selling soft drinks to elementary students. Violations will result in account suspension or permanent banning.
4. Limitation of Liability
The UST-L Digital Marketplace and its administrators are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from user transactions. Users are encouraged to transact responsibly and verify product quality before completing a purchase.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity. Repeated violations may result in permanent banning.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute agreement to the updated terms.
